GHC 1075 machine is a bench where the casting process of certain ceramic products, especially sinks, takes place by pressurizing the ceramic barbotine.
The machine and its equipment are designed to obtain ceramic products fully automatically and quickly by compressing pressurized barbotine in a porous resin mold.GHC 1075 machine generally consists of 2 parts;

Body Of The System
The working pressure of all hydraulic cylinders used in the machine is set at 200bar.
Control Panel
The control panel is designed to use the system both manual and automatic, to adjust pressure, to specify casting recipe, storing data for previous casts and to check active/non-active components in both automatic and manual.

Electrical Equipment
The GHC 1075 bench and installation perform the casting of ceramic products fully automatically and quickly by compressing the pressurized mass in the porous resin mold.
Control Equipments
GHC 1075 machine is a compact machine produced for use in ceramic casting facilities. The main purpose of the machine is to cast ceramic products produced using resin molds. One of the most important issues in the machine is a good recipe for the product to come out without any problems. The operator organizes this recipe according to the mold and barbotine condition and tries to get the product from the machine in the best quality. Important variables such as casting entry, filling process, ramp, discharge, hardening and pressure values are controlled.
Frame And Resin Moulds
The car that performs the mold separation function is manually moved. Control of the actuated valve holding the mold can be done manually. The position of the mold after opening and closing is recorded with the help of a magnetic ruler. Manual movement of the manipulator used to take the product from the mold is also provided.
Vacuum, Water Heating And Compressed Air
Mold separation air and water, pressure and time values of product release air are entered. Vacuum before product release is activated. The parts forming the mold (female, male) and the barbotine filling washing valve are washed. Time values of water, air and vacuum to be given to the mold are entered and the number of times to repeat is selected. Automatic washing option is also available.
Greenware Conveyor
There is a product-removing conveyor which conveys the product to the personnel is available within the system of related machine.
Safety
The machine is prepared with electrical and/or mechanical safety equipment that ensures the protection of employees and the same machine. Signs are placed on the machine informing of the risks related to the area to which the same sign relates and signs conveying important information and/or programs for the correct and safe use of the machine. Blocking devices detect malfunctions, report them and prevent or stop operation.
